Disputes Advisory
Disputes are won by creating leverages early. We create path to secure ongoing leverage from the early case assessment through the lifecycle of a dispute.
We have acted for promoters and minority investors to strengthen and protect shareholding and control, curb hostile shareholder conduct, and pursue class and derivative actions where needed. On one hand, we have designed and executed recovery strategies for disputed sums while, on the other side, we have advised on ring-fencing of personal assets from creditor claims. For IP-rich businesses, we have acted to protect trade secrets and act decisively against rogue employees and vendors.
We have specific experience of acting for acquirers in commercial arbitrations in for breach of representations and warranties arising out of share purchase transactions and for sellers to pursue claims for default in payment of unpaid share purchase considerarion.

Nuclear Law
We have been researching, consulting and providing training on nuclear law since the enactment of CLND Act, 2010.
