A warm welcome to Verus Lex. I am a lawyer with twenty years' practice in diverse areas and I am the Senior Partner of the firm. I set up Verus Lex after observing that neither large law firms nor boutique offices assist client in strategising and planning legal moves to achieve specific outcomes in special situation matters. Larger firms are focussed on "here and now" execution and boutiques are focussed giving "on-point" advice or executing run the company matters! Clients therefore usually turn to accounting or business advisors while planning moves that would alter a status quo! While other advisors offer commercially sound advice, key gaps remain from legal/regulatory side that delay or hinder a preferred outcome. Verus Lex fills this gap by bringing in end to end strategy, planning and execution of legal matters to achieve meaningful outcome for our clients.
